Returns and Refund Policy

If you need to return an item, please reach out to us within 30 days of your order date. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we're unable to offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Not used

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Complete with all its original packaging

Please note, we cannot accept returns on any stationery products that have been used.

Refunds

We will inform you by email of your refund once we've received and checked your returned item.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective item, let us know within 10 days of receiving your order. When contacting us about a defective or damaged item, please include photos of the item.

Send an email to intowishion@gmail.com with the subject line “Defect/Damage” and include the following details:

  • Your Name

  • Order Number

  • Photo of the defect or damage
